We guarantee measurable Year-One improvement against benchmarks we co-author with you and write into your CSA — built around your business objective (profitability, efficient growth, customer acquisition, or inventory liquidation). Performance is measured from month 4 through month 12 against your pre-Foxlogic operating baseline and reviewed every 30 days in writing. The guarantee covers your Paid Media Management fee: miss the benchmark and Foxlogic keeps managing at no additional Paid Media Management fee until we hit it. The Performance Tech License fee is separate since you continue using the platform.
Each benchmark is defined on its primary metric — PMP and contribution margin for profitability mandates; ROAS plus revenue growth for efficient-growth mandates; NC-ROAS and CAC efficiency for acquisition mandates; sell-through and margin recovery for inventory mandates; blended efficiency and incrementality for enterprise scale. Methodology, data sources (your ecommerce platform plus Google, Meta, and Microsoft), and the exact calculation are locked in writing before kickoff and visible to you in your dashboard every day.
We pull the trailing 12 months of platform-reported paid media performance (revenue, spend, and any other metrics relevant to your contracted benchmark) at the start of our engagement, normalize for any obvious anomalies (one-off launches, channel outages), and lock the baseline number into your CSA. From month 4 forward through the end of Year 1, that’s the line we have to beat.
Both the Performance Tech License and Paid Media Management fees are billed at the beginning of each monthly billing period, net-15. If your contracted benchmark falls below the threshold in a given month (Months 4–12), Foxlogic continues managing your paid media that month at no additional Paid Media Management fee. The arrangement continues automatically every month until trailing performance exceeds the threshold. We stay invested in the outcome — you don’t pay extra for the work it takes to get there.
Your contracted benchmark is a fixed Year-1 commitment relative to your pre-Foxlogic operating baseline. It doesn’t stack indefinitely on top of growth we generate — otherwise we’d be guaranteeing ever-higher numbers each year, which isn’t realistic. At renewal, we co-author new Year-2 benchmarks together, calibrated to what we delivered together, your category, seasonality, and roadmap.
Real optimization needs data. The first 90 days are spent integrating your platforms, scoring your catalog, learning your customer signals, building the media program, and running early creative tests. After 90 days we have enough signal to drive the lift — and that’s when we’re willing to put our media fee on the line.
No. We charge a fixed monthly fee — license plus media management — and that’s it. All of the upside above your benchmark belongs entirely to you. We make our money by delivering reliable, repeatable performance against the objectives you actually run your business on, not by skimming a percentage off your profits.
Growth tier integrates natively with Shopify. Scale and Enterprise tiers support direct integration with any major ecommerce platform — Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and custom stacks via API.
Catastrophic external events — platform-wide outages at Google/Meta, force majeure, or material client-side changes (significant catalog reduction, pricing changes >20%, channel decommissioning) — are excluded.
